Return and Exchange Policy

Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Any merchandise that is returned damaged or incomplete is not elligle for a refund and will be return shipped at your expense.

Exchanges: To make an exchange simply purchase the correct item and return the incorrect item. Upon reciept of the unused product a full refund will be offered.

Shipping Errors: If you are returning an item as a result of our error (you recieved a wrong or defective item, etc.) we will offer a replacement or exchange free of charge.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The cut off time for same day shipment is 2:00PM MST

Please note that we are not responsible for late deliveries due to shipping carriers not keeping promised ship times and dates. If your package is late and you would like to file a claim or complaint please call the carrier in possession of your package.
